Terms and Conditions

How to Book:

All bookings here are made with Loyal Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. the booking terms & conditions mentioned herein below. By making a booking with Loyal Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. for tour and travel services having carefully read , Understood and accepted the ‘Terms of Conditions’.

For Booking
Visit on our website kindly fill the enquiry form and submit. Upon received travel enquiry a travel expert from our office will get in touch with you with requested information and offers for the desired package. No booking is considered as ‘confirmed’ unless package confirmation Email is sent by Loyal Tours and Travels to the Clients after receiving the initial advance payments in our accounts.

After finalising your tour package, you need to make the reservation by 25% of advance payment. You need to send to the official bank account of our company via Visa, Master Card or Secure Server or you can also opt for Telegraphic transfer.

Balance Payment
The next step requires you to pay the complete amount of train/air tickets which has been generated by the company. After receiving the payment, we will confirm your hotel booking followed by other major arrangements of your trip.


A confirmation mail will be mailed to you, followed by the payment of next 30% of the total amount. You can pay the remaining 50% of the total amount via traveller's cheques after your arrival. A fortnight before your arrival, you can do the rest of the payment via bank transfer. After the advance payment, you will be informed regarding all the arrangements of the trip.

Confirmed tour and travel arrangements are not entertained. However, we will try our level best to customise in accordance with your new requirements. Minimum amendment charges need to be paid for the changes.



In case of cancellation of trip, you need to mail a written notification and will be effective from the day we receive.


Cancellation Charges:

  1. Cancellation 30days prior to arrival- Refund of 50% of the advance deposited.

  2. Cancellation in between 30 days to 15 days prior to arrival – Refund of 25% of the advance deposited

  3. Cancellation in between 15 days to 7 days prior to arrival – Refund of 10% of the total tour price

  4. Cancellation 7 days prior to arrival - No Refund

  5. No refunding of flight tickets.

  6. Luxury trains or Palace on Wheels – Non Refundable.


1. All refunds will be made within the 30 days after completion of cancelation. refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors
2. Refunds will be made only via bank transfer or cheque to the bank account of customer. All bank fee/charges incurred during the process of refund will be borne by the customer only.
3. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
